Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the world as long as your country has not be flagged for high probability for fraud and/or there are no government/trade restrictions on sending our products to you. At CheckOut, we offer 3 Shipping Choices. Will Call/Local Pickup which costs nothing, Realtime FedEx calculations based on weight, or US Postal Service realtime calculations. When either of the Realtime Services are chosen, you are given additional options on the next screen. FedEx services include affordable FedEx Ground and Overnight services. US Postal offers affordable First Class rates, Priority Mail, Global Priority, Express services.
Shipping Cutoff
All in stock products are shipped the next business day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed by 2PM PST will be shipped the same day.
Shipping Charges and Refunds
Occasionally estimated shipping charges at the time of purchase will be grossly higher than the actual charges. All charges are reviewed and refunds are automatically processed when this happens. If a less expensive shipping option is determined.
Alternative Shipping Methods
If a comparably less expensive method is discovered upon shipping, reasonable attempts will be made to contact you via email or telephone to inquire about choosing this alternative method. However we can't guarantee this for all situations. There is a judgment call made between trying to save you money at the expense of delaying the order while waiting for confirmation from you.
